Bachmann officially endorses Romney
Congresswoman Michele Bachmann officially announced her endorsement of Mitt Romney at a Virginia campaign event on Thursday.
"This November, Americans will be at the polls with a serious choice- they can vote for more of Barack Obama's transformation of America, with more joblessness, higher energy prices, fewer opportunities for our children, more government controls, bailouts, and failed economic policies, or they can vote for a new vision of prosperity and liberty,” Bachmann said in a statement. “I'm honored to announce that today, I am endorsing Governor Mitt Romney for President of the United States, a man who will preserve the American dream of prosperity and liberty.”

Following his Tuesday afternoon press conference with DFL legislative leaders and Minneapolis Mayor R.T.Rybak, Gov. Mark Dayton’s office released a video with a request to the general public: Call your legislators and tell them to vote on the Vikings stadium proposal on the table.
After being identified as “still breathing” by Gov. Dayton, the Vikings stadium bill is still lingering at the Capitol awaiting a vote by both the House and Senate.
On Monday, Gov. Mark Dayton held a signing ceremony for the Health and Human Services (HHS) omnibus budget bill that was signed late last week.
